The Corporate Finance Group-(CFG) is a consulting firm that provides financial and operational consulting to small and mid-sized companies. In addition to providing financial consulting services, CFG offers a variety of seminars, training, and specialty services, such as "CFO to Go."
About Me
Professional Background:
As a former lender, Mr. Goff has assisted numerous businesses with identifying financing needs, collateral requirements, and maximum borrowing capacity assessments. As an interim CFO, Mr. Goff has helped companies with budget development, cash flow management, and audit compliance.
Current Focus:
As a consultant, Mr. Goff assists companies with business plan development, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and overall operation assessments. These assessments address financial and productivity issues. Also, Mr. Goff provides numerous seminars on business finance and business start-up matters. Finally, as an adjunct instructor, Mr. Goff has taught accounting and finance courses at various universities and community colleges within the local tri-county area.
Education:
Mr. Goff has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Wayne State University-(B.S.) and a graduate degree in finance from Walsh College-(MSF).
